This program will help students master Pre-Algebra skills to prepare for the NYS Math Test, solve real world math problems and help with homework. The course is aligned with the NYS Curriculum Standards. Materials used include Everyday Mathematics, Impact Math, Scholastic Math, Coach and Prentice Hall learning aids.
When: Monday or Tuesday: 4:00 - 5:00pm

This program will help students develop and enhance their math skills, apply in-class skills to real world problems, help with homework and prepare for the NYS Math Tests. Topics covered include Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry. The course is aligned with the NYS Curriculum Standards. Materials used include Impact Math, Saxon Math, and Prentice Hall learning aids.

Private and semi-private classes will be offered at The James Harmon Community Center on Saturday mornings from 9:00 - 11:00am and by appointment during some early evening hours during the week on a first come first serve basis. These classes are only conducted by Andrew Cursio. There are no substitute instructors which is the single most important aspect of any tutoring program.
Since all students have different needs, fees are based on the number of Private or Semi-Private sessions needed for adequate preparation. There will be an additional fee for materials which is estimated to be $49.
PRIVATE Tutoring starts at $125 per hour.
Semi-private (2 students) rates are available at $75 per hour.
